Singer, composer and bandleader Mirna Bogdanović blends jazz, electronics and pop into a distinctive sound world where expressive vocals meet acoustic and electronic textures. Based in Berlin, she has established herself as an inventive songwriter and performer, known for emotionally rich compositions and a fearless approach to sound. A DownBeat Student Award winner and two-time Deutscher Jazzpreis recipient, Bogdanović has released two critically acclaimed albums: Confrontation (2021), awarded Debut Album of the Year, and Awake (2024), awarded Album of the Year.
Alongside her own projects, she has collaborated with artists and ensembles across Europe, including the Swiss Jazz Orchestra, RTV Slovenia Big Band and Kalle Kalima, among many others.
With her band, Mirna continues to explore the space between song, improvisation and sonic experimentation. Her third studio album, Glimmerence, produced by Wanja Slavin, will be released on October 9, 2026.
